Crossroads Care Sir Gâr Ltd. is a registered charity (No. 1121666) with offices in Carmarthen & Llanelli. We are a network partner of the Carers Trust, the major national charity offering practical and emotional help to carers. To reflect our new relationship with the national charity we adopted their primary branding and a new logo.

Our services are tailored to meet the needs of the individual Carer and their family, working alongside other local community services.

Carers Trust Carmarthenshire Crossroads Care is a specialist voluntary organisation providing support to Carers, giving them “time” to be themselves.

Carers Information Service

Carers say that access to information, financial support and breaks in caring are vital in helping them manage the impact of caring on their lives.

The Carers Information Service provides free and confidential information, advice and support to Carers.

We produce and distribute information for carers and organise regular events in partnership with other organisations.

The service is joint funded by Carmarthenshire County Council and Hywel Dda University Health Board.

What you have said about us

The service you offer is great, the staff are always friendly and polite.  They always respect the client and their needs.  I would definitely recommend Crossroads.

EXCELLENT IN EVERY RESPECT.  The office staff are always helpful and approachable and ready to discuss out situation (e.g. if a visit should have to be cancelled by us at short notice or any reason).

I can only speak highly of every one of the ladies that have been here from Crossroads.  Everyone is very kind and caring.  I’m very grateful to them all for all their support.

Dad enjoys the carers staying in the afternoon.  He has a few favourite ones, you can hear the laughter coming from his bedroom.

I know I can leave my mother in the safe hands of Crossroads staff giving me peace of mind while I am away.

Carmarthenshire Carers Trust Crossroads is a proud network member of Carers Trust. This Carers Trust Wales video explains what we do and why we do it and features our Chief Executive Officer, Alison Harries.

Families and people in the community have known and used Crossroads Care for many years. We are proud to provide information to carers on the support available to them and the people they care for.
